Supply Staff required for Constituency Office of John Mason
John normally has three staff working in his Glasgow Shettleston Constituency Office. This means that if one person is off sick or on leave, there are still two folk in the office. However, sometimes two of the staff need to be off at the same time.
Therefore, John is hoping to set up a small bank of supply staff for his office, who can assist us at short notice with sickness cover or holidays. This might suit a student or retired person who just wants a few extra hours work once in a while.
Ideally you will have worked in an office before, have a confident telephone manner, good typing skills, and preferably administrative experience.

Motion S5M-02214: Fall in Value of Pound
That the Parliament notes the considerable fall in the value of the pound in recent months; understands that this fall has been primarily brought about by the vote to leave the EU; further notes recent news of inflationary price increases in tea, foreign holidays and Marmite among other goods and services; considers that the strength of a currency is often a good measure of the strength of a country’s economy; remembers times when countries such as Italy, Turkey, and Greece saw their currencies devalue dramatically because of their weak economies, and considers that the Conservative administration at Westminster has proven itself unable to manage the economy of the UK.
