Title: Further Devolution

Motion Text: That the Parliament accepts the result of the Scottish independence referendum that was held on 18 September 2014; further accepts the will of the Scottish people is sovereign; notes the promise that further powers will be devolved to Scotland, and considers that only the concept of Home Rule with the devolution of all powers except foreign affairs and defence will be acceptable at this stage.
